Medical Services

The Medical Services Department provides product support for Roche's products, as well as manage post-marketing surveillance activities.

Product support consists of the provision of accurate, balanced and current scientific information on Roche's products to healthcare professionals, as well as appropriate relevant information to the general public. Inquiries from the general public are handled in accordance with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct, such that requests for advice on personal medical matters are referred to his or her doctor or pharmacist.

We wish to ensure the safe, effective and appropriate use of our products. By doing so, we have an important responsibility to those who use our products and also commit ourselves to sound medical practice.
